To bring together professionals from the tourism sector in Palma de Mallorca by generating an immersive experience related to the theme ‘travel’ from start to finish.

Through an experience that started prior to the event: we created a travel itinerary through an app where you could get your passport. On the day of the event, through the app we proposed a gamification in which attendees had to rotate through different activations in which we made them travel around the world without leaving the site, putting their 5 senses to the test. All of this, with a very important premise for the client: that it should be a sustainable event. Therefore, both the scenography, the accreditations, the lanyards, the printed paper or the gifts, were made with 100% ecological and recyclable materials.
El resultado
Practically all the attendees downloaded the app and participated in the gamification. In addition, we obtained an event rating of 4.7/5. We managed to offset the CO2 emissions and recycled all the remaining elements, making this event practically emission neutral.
