The challenge:

To turn Madrid into the European women’s capital for 3 days, in 2 venues and the management of more than 100 international speakers.

All of this in a record organisation time!

How #wemakethedifference:

We organised an opening dinner at the Real Casa de Correos, we counted on the presence of personalities such as The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez; the Vice President, Carmen Calvo and the Minister of Defence, Margarita Robles and Ana Patricia Botín.

The Reina Sofía Museum was chosen as the main venue; more than 3,000 attendees were distributed in several totally different simultaneous scenarios in the multi-purpose Reina Sofía Museum: areas for interviews, cafés, lounges, presentations and round tables.

The international focus of the Summit was one of the key points with more than 100 speakers from all over the world ready to tell us about their experience. An event full of personal testimonies from different fields such as art, science, entrepreneurship and dreams starring women who, day by day, conquer equality and build a history. Speakers of the stature of Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi, the president of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, Victoria Ortega; the activist, Bianca Jagger; the former vice-president of the executive, Soraya Sáez de Santamaría; the singer-songwriter, Rozalén, among many others.

Our story, the story of ALL. #MakeHERStory

A success of organisation and convening, with more than 200 press media and trending topic in social networks with a 100% positive feeling.

In short, an event that has become a benchmark and the next edition is already being organised.
