The challenge:

To celebrate the traditional company-wide Christmas party in a dynamic and fun way by changing the concept ‘night’ to ‘day’ without disappointing the more than 1,200 employees.

 

How #wemakethedifference:

We completely transformed the scenography of the musical Anastasia at the Coliseum Theatre with an assembly against the clock, in a ‘morning show’ in the purest American style, with the dynamisation of Leo Harlem as master of ceremonies, who through interviews, improvisations, music or competitions, involved the entire audience in our particular L’Oréal ON AIR. After the spectacular closing by mentalist Javier Luxor, the 1,200 employees headed to the RIU hotel to enjoy a cocktail and party with live music that left the employees with their batteries charged to overcome the challenges of 2020.

 

Results:

A great rating by attendees, with high participation on social networks and a spectacular reception of this novel format.
