The Challenge:
Bring together the employees to enjoy an unforgettable day to convey them that they are the key element of the company: 3 firms, 1 group, 1 dream.

Who is the best ingredient? YOU! We designed a cooking competition based on the famous Spanish TV show: MasterChef, in which all employees combined their creativity and skills in order to create the best restaurants and récipes inspired by the company’s values. This competition had an exceptional jury: Pepe Rodríguez and Samantha Vallejo Nájera (actual juries of the popular Spanish Masterchef TV show).
Results:
A tasty event where each employee was key to achieve global success.
