To shape the First Anti-Cancer Volunteering Fair in Spain and debut it with resounding success in terms of visitor traffic and visibility.

To begin with, we chose a creative concept that put volunteers in the spotlight, inviting the general public to join our cause. Thus, “With You +: volunteering adds up where cancer subtracts” became the leitmotif of this first edition, which we brought to Madrid’s emblematic Plaza de Colón, giving it the widest possible reach through a 360-communication strategy that included an offline campaign, digital communication, and even viral actions such as a Fake Out Of Home. All of this to create a participatory, fun, and accessible experience for everyone.
The results
An event that drew over 1,000 visitors in the middle of a heatwave, with more than 80 stories published and over 10,000 media impacts.
