L’Orèal On Air 2.0
To transform the traditional in-person Christmas party of L’Oréal Spain into an online event for more than 2,000 employees that would be dynamic, participatory, and experiential.

We built on the L’Oréal ON AIR concept, which had already been a success last year, hosted by Leo Harlem at the Coliseum Theater. How to exceed expectations in a virtual format? By creating L’Oréal ON AIR 2.0 in which all employees from the different brands felt part of the program. We developed a morning show in true TV style with a fully customized virtual stage design that represented all the brands. We had Carlos Latre as host, who surprised everyone with a lineup of segments that included music, dance, live employee participation, and of course, humor.
The results
Improved ratings from attendees (already high to begin with), great attendance with more than 2,000 employees connected, and an unprecedented level of participation on social media.
